Temporarily disable Find My in your iCloud settings to allow the restoration process to proceed.

Initiate Restore
Hold Option (Mac) or Shift (PC) while clicking Restore in Finder/iTunes, then select your downloaded IPSW.

Finalize Setup
Once the installation completes, follow the on-screen prompts to restore your data from your backup.
